Meet your coach: Pilar Tirado
It’s all about transformation…
I was born and raised in Caracas, the capital of Venezuela. A cosmopolitan city full of contrast, customs and traditions. Venezuela is a land of immense beauty, boasting incredible Caribbean beaches, deserts and rainforests, majestic mountains, glorious national parks, the world’s highest uninterrupted waterfall, over 25,000 species of orchids, and the most wonderful people.
Thanks to my father’s dream of making his family bilingual (Spanish-English), I have had opportunities to study, work, and live in around the world: Bogota (Colombia); Florida, Georgia, Texas, Colorado (USA); and I currently live in London (UK). I’ve gain invaluable life experiences from visiting over 35 countries and made friends and connections through my work all over the world.
Helping People
With degrees in Business Administration, Public Accounting and a Masters in Finance, I have worked for multinational companies in a variety of roles, from customer service all the way to a Finance Transformation Director, finding my passion in process improvements and transformations. There is something really satisfying in finding ways to get things done in a better, more effective and more efficient manner, so I have done some pretty cool things in the areas of customer service, logistics, credit, collections, financial services, treasury, accounts receivable, accounts payable, procurement, and payroll.
Then, in the pursuit of improving my own health, I discovered that it’s even more exciting to help others transform their own lives — and this is where Revivesco began.
My own WildFit Transformation
In 2018 I embarked on a mission to improve my health in an attempt to stop my severe hair loss, lose weight, and to regain some flexibility and agility. In the search for options, and after a few failed attempts, I found this 90-day challenge called WildFit® and oh, was I in for a surprise! Through this program, I achieved my health goals and so much more. WildFit® dramatically transformed my life, to the extent that I was inspired to change my highly successful professional career in Finance to become a Certified WildFit® Coach. I am committed to spreading the benefits of this program to you to help combat modern-world illnesses such as obesity, diabetes, cancer, inflammation and even Covid-19, etc., improving human health and wellbeing creating the feel-good factor we should all have about ourselves.
WildFit® Certified Coach
I have since then completed rigorous formal training over many months, passed my written exams and successfully led my supervised Trial Class with a group of 14 family and close friends, before I could officially start my business as a WildFit® coach. By now, I have reached an impressive number of people whose lives have been positively impacted with much improved health, increased self-confidence and level of fitness, decreased aches and pains, higher energy, better sleep, and a much different relationship with food, among so many more benefits. A major achievement from the trial class was the consolidated weight loss of more than 300 pounds (136 kilos) across the group, averaging a weight loss of almost 22 pounds (10 kilos) PER PERSON!
This has taken my passion for Transformation to a whole new level. Instead of simply helping organizations increase their value, I am now facilitating incredible transformations that positively impact people’s lives.
This could not be any better!

Meet the founder:
Eric Edmeades
Eric Edmeades spent the earlier part of his life struggling with constant sinus and throat infections, excess weight, acne and chronic fatigue.
His doctors believed that surgically removing his tonsils was the solution, but on a whim, Eric decided to experiment with changing his diet. Within 30 days, all of his symptoms disappeared, so the surgery was cancelled.
You know those people who get an idea and become obsessed with it? Eric is one of those people. He became fascinated by food’s role in achieving true health. He wanted to understand why simple dietary changes healed his body - especially when western medicine had spent years telling him that cutting out a part of his body was the only solution.
His research took him in 2007 to establish a friendship and live with the Hadza people (bushmen in Africa)— one of the last truly hunter-gatherer tribes left on earth. Since he has visited them frequently over the last 10 years, studying their eating patterns. He has also waded through stacks of nutritional data and functional anthropology research, devoting years of his life to analyzing and testing his theories. The founding of WildFit® in 2012 was the culmination of it all.
Without Eric’s passion, the thousands of people whose lives have been changed by WildFit® would still be struggling with poor health and debilitating diseases.
Almost all of the WildFit® principles are drawn from ancient hunter-gatherer societies — not just studying their lifestyles, but also looking at what we know about their nutritional physiology. Back when our ancestors were eating based on instinct and accessibility (they didn’t have 24/7 drive-throughs or constant food marketing campaigns), they ate more of certain foods, and less of other foods. WildFit® is about following in their footsteps. It really is that simple!
