What is WildFit?

WildFit is a program that teaches you how to eat ONLY the exact diet meant for humans, backed by years of study and research. As a result of eating this way, your weight will naturally regulate itself, your sleep will get better, your energy and fitness will improve, and your overall health and quality of life will soar. Special Packages

1:1 Coaching Sessions Packages (3 or 6 months)

If a group setting is not for you, if you do not favor social media, like Facebook or WhatsApp, or you would like personalized and targeted support during your 90 Day Challenge, schedule time for weekly one to one meetings, allowing yourself to be at the center of learning.

Packages are bundled for 3 or 6 months to take your health to the next level. The 3-month package takes you through the Challenge with 16 private coaching sessions and the 6- month bundle adds 8 additional sessions, for a total of 24, where I will help you cycle through the seasons to maximize results.

Single Sessions for consultation and guidance can also be scheduled.
